Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working environment, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 174 living spaces available in various settings. Furthermore, we offer sheltered workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various in-house products are manufactured.
The 7-member team of the residential offer "P3" supports 10 adults who require high care due to a psychological impairment and need a structured living environment. In daily work, the focus is on orientation to resources, their preservation, and targeted promotion.

- Solution-oriented personality who actively implements our mission statement both in supporting clients and employees
