For the Swiss tunnel construction department, we are looking for you as Workshop Manager / Machine Master for the Tunnel Ligerz construction site. Your workplace will be Ligerz (BE), follow-up assignments are gladly possible.
What you will drive
- Operational management of the workshop
- Ensuring timely maintenance, servicing, and repair of tunnel construction machines and equipment
- Supporting machine suppliers with fault diagnosis as well as in complex repair cases
- Organization of materials, spare parts, and consumables (including inventory management)
- Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
- Maintenance of machine and maintenance documentation (digital/analog)
Why you will succeed
- Completed apprenticeship as a construction machinery or agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the industry, including experience as a workshop manager
- Knowledge in the field of tunnel construction machines and equipment
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style, as well as very good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently, high motivation and commitment
- Sense of responsibility regarding occupational safety
- Good Italian or French skills are required, while oral German skills are an advantage
