Welcoming and warm, our establishment is located in the heart of nature, in Chêne-Bougeries. More than 90 employees daily put their skills at the service of 63 residents who live in single rooms.

Profile sought

TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Swiss nursing diploma or recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
• Fluency in spoken and written French.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a geriatric environment.
• CAS in dementia (an asset).
• Basic knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook),
• Mastery of SADIES, DIR software
• Good knowledge of the Geneva health network.

TECHNICAL SKILLS (KNOW-HOW)

• Provide personalized nursing care of a preventive, curative and rehabilitation nature.
• Skills in palliative care and end-of-life support desired.
• Delegate to ASSC, nursing assistants and auxiliaries, care to be performed within the limits of their skills, control and supervise them.
• Sense of observation, analytical and synthesis skills. Management of complex situations
• Organizational skills, ability to work independently, to take initiatives.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS (KNOW-BE)

• Value the abilities, resources and potential of residents by promoting their autonomy in daily life activities.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to communicate assertively.
