- Perform general mise en place, production, and preparation tasks.
- Assist in mentoring apprentices within the kitchen team.
Skills
- Completed training as a cook (EFZ) and interest in fine dining.
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts are essential.
- Experience in high-end gastronomy is highly valued.

Your tasks
- Independently managing a station in à la carte and banquet business at GaultMillau level
- General mise en place tasks, production, and preparation
- Co-supervision of apprentices
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook EFZ
- Interest in and experience with upscale gastronomy
- Creativity and passion for the culinary arts
