Office of Social Services of Graubünden | 80–100 % | Chur
The special sector Social Services provides services that promote social and professional integration, social participation, and the livelihood security of families, children and youth, people with social and economic disadvantages, refugees, as well as people with dependency problems. The nine regional social services and the specialized social services have about 100 collaborators.
In the role of scientific collaborator, you will work closely with the head of Social Services and help develop the special sector. You can expect a varied assignment in a committed environment that demands a sense of responsibility.
For the Social Services staff, we are looking for a scientific collaborator (80–100 %) starting June 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your field of responsibilities
- Manage, plan, and implement projects and conceptual tasks
- Develop technical decision bases as well as prepare bases for political and technical inquiries
- Update reports and information as well as maintain data management
- Further develop the existing platform concerning quality management as well as audits that include various positions, conduct evaluations, and derive and implement improvement proposals
- Act as substitute for specialized sessions
- Assist in designing, planning, and implementing diets and events
- Collaborate with various expert groups and internal and external stakeholders
What we expect from you
- Degree in social sciences or economics or a comparable direction
- Experience in handling complex interdisciplinary tasks and conceptual work
- Very good communication skills and team spirit combined with great independence and transdisciplinary and comprehensive thinking
- Good receptiveness and secure understanding of political processes and developments
- Quality awareness, IT knowledge, and organizational talent
- Enjoyment of contact, independence, ability to handle pressure and work in a team, reliability, solution-oriented work
- Good knowledge of the cantonal languages is an advantage
