3D Metrology and Dimensional Control Referent

As a 3D Metrology and Dimensional Control Referent, you play a key role in the quality assurance of our high value-added industrial projects. You work on complex systems in the fields of space, energy, and special machines.

Your Missions:
Metrology:
You perform physical measurements using the following measuring instruments: coordinate measuring machine, laser tracker, Faro articulated arm.
You carry out programming, validation, and optimization of 3D measurement programs, ensuring their efficiency and compliance with metrological requirements.
You are the referent for three-dimensional measurements and act as a trainer for internal teams. You support technicians in the use of 3D equipment and the application of best practices.
You implement metrology procedures, instruction sheets, and tracking documents.
You write control reports by interpreting and exploiting results and statistical data.
You define metrology needs in collaboration with the design offices.
You train and raise awareness among production technicians on the use of measuring instruments.
You are able to intervene at our suppliers in Europe (about 10% of the position).
Operational control:
You perform in-process inspections with analysis of non-conformities.
You write reports following these inspections.
You check and validate dimensional reports produced internally and at our suppliers.
Your Profile:
You are a metrology technician or have proven experience in the field of metrology.
You have more than 5 years of experience in metrology and quality control in the machine industry.
You master the various manufacturing processes of mechanical parts: machining, forging, welding, etc.
You master all conventional measuring instruments.
Your knowledge of PC-DMIS, Polyworks, CAM2 Faro, Wenzel Quartis, Metrolog, and Silma X4 software is a real asset.
You demonstrate rigor and autonomy in your functions. You are organized, dynamic, and accustomed to working in a demanding, project-oriented environment.
You have good knowledge of French (spoken and written), and master English (spoken and written).
