Control Center Manager Logistics (m/f/d) 100 %

For our logistics department, we are looking for a motivated specialist for our control center in Rothrist starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Direct contact person regarding order inquiries / clarifications / complaints
Scheduling customer orders to different departments (locations and transport)
Coordination of resources in logistics with professional leadership
Close cooperation with Head of Logistics / Deputy Head of Logistics
Prepare monthly billing
Proper and professional incoming and outgoing inspections
Support in process optimization and key figure collection
Completion of all administrative tasks
Active contribution of optimizations and improvement suggestions

Your Profile

Completed commercial vocational training with logistics experience or vocational training in warehouse logistics with control center experience
Experience in the same or similar position with leadership experience (warehouse logistics)
Confident handling of MS Office 365, especially Excel andexperience with warehouse management systems
Quick comprehension, networked thinking and precise working method
Strategic and analytical thinking to optimize processes
High degree of initiative and the ability to keep a cool head in a dynamic environment.
Negotiation skills with internal and external contact groups.
Strong team and communication skills.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
