Tasks
Edelweiss has its headquarters at Zurich Airport. You are responsible for around 3000 m² of office space and thus contribute significantly to employer attractiveness. As part of Edelweiss Human Resources, you and your team ensure a smooth, service-oriented office routine.
Additionally:
- Ensuring services (e.g. ID cards, fringe benefits) as well as operating the Welcome Desk
- Implementing the hospitality concept at the workplace
- Managing external service providers in facility & workplace management
- Combining operational excellence with continuous development of the area (including budget responsibility)
- Leading a team (3 employees) and ensuring workplace safety (ASA / EKAS)

Requirements
You combine organizational talent with a strong service orientation. You also think and act proactively and keep an overview even with complex issues. You appear confident, communicate clearly, and consistently implement necessary standards.
What else is needed:
- You have at least 3 years of active professional experience in office management
- Ideally, you have completed studies or further training related to the area of responsibility and have already gained some leadership experience
- Experience in managing external service providers and simpler workplace projects
- Commercial understanding for budget and invoice control as well as confident handling of Microsoft 365
- Networked thinking, structured working method, and high service orientation
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form (at least C2), other languages are an advantage
