Tasks
- Conduct functional tests and validation for specific tooling.
- Assemble and fine-tune specific tooling on automated production equipment.
- Program parameters and validate new references for production setups.
Skills
- CFC in Micromechanics, Polymecanics, or Automation required.
- Proficient in precision machining and assembly techniques.
- Strong knowledge of automated systems and CAD software.

About the job
Perform the setup, functional tests, and validation file of specific tooling
Ensure the assembly/disassembly of specific tooling, initial adjustment, fine tuning, and validation on automatic production equipment
Program (Vision – Cycle) the recipe parameters, set up and validate new references on automatic production equipment
Participate in the design of specific tooling according to company needs
Contribute to the integration, optimization, and technical monitoring of specific equipment/tooling within the different workshops
Micromechanic or Polymechanic or Automation Technician diploma
Several years of experience on precision machines or CNC
Mastery of precision machining or assembly techniques
Good knowledge of automated systems (vision, cycle), ideally Ciposa Cimod AS4
Knowledge of CAD design software, ideally Inventor
Proficiency in MS Office computer tools
Methodical, careful, and precise in task execution
Analytical mind, rigorous, and with a sense of responsibility
Aptitude to work independently and in a team
Proactive in suggesting improvements
Versatility and dynamism
