Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Maintenance and repair of operational & building technical systems in the assigned support area
- Versatile customer support, from professional user support to complex interdisciplinary system parameterization
- Competent and courteous advising of our customers
- Participation in projects and procurement of new systems and equipment
- On-call duty
What You Bring to This Position
- Technical basic training with specialization in the operational technical field, preferably with professional experience in building technology (HVAC)
- At least five years of professional experience and expertise in the maintenance and repair of operational technical systems and equipment
- Strong methodological skills in developing solutions and interdisciplinary collaboration
- IT user skills for planning, execution, and documentation of repairs and maintenance
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Residence within a maximum 25-minute travel distance (on-call duty)
