Lustenberger & Dürst, a family business based in Hünenberg ZG, looks back on a tradition of over 160 years in the affinage and ready-to-consume processing of cheese products. The premium products under the LeSuperbe umbrella brand come from various partner dairies and are exported to over 40 countries after careful maturation and refinement. As part of an orderly succession arrangement, we are looking for a dynamic Head of Production / Operations (m/f) 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
As a member of the management team, you are a close sparring partner of the CEO and are responsible for production planning/AVOR, production, internal logistics, the affinage centers Hünenberg and Heitenried, as well as maintenance and cost targets for all production and operational areas. In this role, you have the opportunity to actively shape and secure the competitive advantages through processes, costs, quality, and delivery capability. You will be supported by your teams.

German as a native language or at native level; fluent English is mandatory, French skills are an advantage
