Our Mission
The political municipality of Fällanden is the sponsor of the Sunnetal retirement center.
The Sunnetal retirement center offers a home to 32 residents where they experience appreciation, security, and social interaction. The needs and wishes of the residents are important, and we tailor our services accordingly. The Sunnetal retirement center also operates the public Sunnetal bistro with a garden, which is visited by a diverse age group of customers.

For the area of care and support, we are looking by arrangement for a
Temporary Certified Nursing Specialist HF (Pool Employees Paid by the Hour) with a Flexible Workload
Your Tasks
- Ensure appropriate, person-centered, holistic, and professional care and support of residents based on primary nursing, including management of the nursing process
- Actively shape the daily life of residents to enable the best possible quality of life and autonomy
- Take on the role of "day responsibility" including guiding employees
- Ensure the implementation of standards in daily routines including quality assurance
- Conduct rounds, carry out medical orders, prepare and administer medications
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training as a certified nursing specialist HF and preferably have professional experience in long-term care.
- You maintain an appreciative and respectful approach to residents, relatives, and colleagues
- Strong social skills, independent and self-reliant working style, flexibility, and openness to change
- Very good oral and written communication skills in German complete your profile
- Knowledge of interRAI_LTCF and EasyDOK is also desirable
- For foreign qualifications, we require the federal recognition certificate (SRK)
