Construction Site Manager (Technician) at 80%
- SBAT136
- The SBAT is responsible for managing the real estate assets of the State; it ensures their maintenance, upkeep, and renovation or redevelopment work. As the representative of the Project Owner (MO), it actively participates in the planning and execution of new constructions or major transformations.
Integrated into the maintenance domain of the service, you directly manage a portfolio of several cantonal buildings.
You actively collaborate within a team to develop annual budgets and participate in drafting credit request reports for the authorities.
You prepare transformation or space planning projects, oversee the work, and control the service providers.
Holder of a HES architect bachelor’s degree or a building draftsman CFC with a construction site manager ES diploma, you have several years of experience, preferably within a public administration.
With strong writing skills, you have an interest in the topic of Facility Management.
You master the AutoCAD® and Messerli® software tools and have very good office software knowledge (Windows environment).
You are able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
