- Training as a metalworker EFZ or equivalent
- Valid welding certificates ISO 9606-1 (135 P FW and BW)
- Crane operator license (hall crane C)
- Precise, independent working method
- Reliability and physical resilience
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Experience in steel and stainless steel construction
- Goods receipt, material control and storage
- Repair and assembly work
- Forklift license
- Transport up to 3.5 t total weight
