- Support operations by responding to immediate needs on the ground and in workshops
- Manage drifts and bring performance back to standards
- Ensure the sustainability of implemented solutions
- Participate in defining future production means
- Lead continuous improvement projects and strategic projects
- Optimize processes, flows, and materials
- Integrate ergonomics into technical considerations
- Manage weekly and monthly reporting, respecting budget commitments
🎯 Your profile
- Experience in industrial and mechanical environments
- Mastery of methods for analyzing assembly ranges and cost estimation
- Experience with generative AI tools
- Interest in digitalization and automation
- Academic background: engineering school in mechanical engineering
- Fluent French. Fluent English
- You demonstrate strong field presence and humility
- You show the ability to coordinate and collaborate in a network
- You are curious and proactive
- You possess strong communication skills
