In the position as Head of Services, you manage and oversee ongoing activities in the areas of Finance, HR, and IT with a total of 350 employees (232 FTE) at three locations. The workplace is Fehraltorf. As a member of the executive board, you actively shape the strategy and business policy and implement it within your own area of responsibility. You contribute decisively to advancing the development of our services, processes, and digital initiatives. Thanks to your high level of expertise and advisory competence, you are the central contact point for stakeholders and lead the teams in an inspiring and goal-oriented manner.
Head of Services with a Focus on Finance, Member of the Executive Board
Your tasks are:
- Finance Management: Responsibility for budget, controlling, reporting, and multi-year planning; advising the executive board on financial matters
- HR Management: Leading and further developing the HR team; supporting personnel strategy, recruitment, and employee development
- IT Management: Strategic control of IT systems, promoting digital transformation, coordinating external partners; implementing the IT strategy in close collaboration with the teams
- Member of the Executive Board: Shaping the strategic direction of the foundation, actively influencing organization, culture, and processes; interdisciplinary collaboration and advising stakeholders
What you bring:
- Winning, inspiring personality with high social competence and leadership experience
- Degree in finance (FH/University) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a leadership role, ideally with cross-departmental leadership experience in finance, HR, or IT
- Basic understanding of HR strategies and IT processes
- Affinity for digital transformation and change processes
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and confident appearance
