- Green area maintenance: Regular care of green spaces according to the season, mowing the lawn, watering and fertilizing, care of shrub areas, hedge and tree pruning, cleaning of streets, paths and squares, disposal of green waste, maintenance of squares
- Caretaking: Minor repairs, handling damage reports in case of damage, reporting of major repairs, regular maintenance, care of indoor and outdoor facilities, care of green areas, reading tasks, coordination/control of craftsmen services
- Pollutant contamination: Inspection rounds
- Winter service: Clearing of areas and access routes, spreading service, on-call service, clearing water drains, removing icicles, preventing roof avalanches, checking gutters
