We are looking for a
Sous Chef 100% (m/f/d)

• In the kitchen and office area, you support the leadership and development of the team and together ensure a smooth operation in the kitchen. In the absence of the head chef, you take over the deputy role
• With your creative ideas, you design new trendy dishes to continually delight our guests
• You take on administrative tasks such as ordering goods, incoming goods inspections, and calculations
• You assist with inventory, incoming goods inspection, and checking delivery notes

• You have completed vocational training as a cook EFZ, ideally with experience in communal catering
• Ideally, you also have 2-4 years of leadership experience to competently lead and motivate your team
• You are IT-savvy, proficient in MS Office, and familiar with calculation and inventory management systems
• Your passion for culinary arts and your high quality standards make you an important part of our team
• You are a team-oriented personality with high social competence and a winning appearance. You actively seek solutions and pitch in
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills
• You have an impeccable reputation
