Project Manager Metal Construction / Facade Construction
You are responsible for the independent management of medium and large facade projects from project takeover to project handover. You ensure the technical, timely, and cost-effective execution. You work outside the team with architects, general contractors, and facade planners and see yourself as a coordinator and service provider.
In this role, you take over the sold order and are responsible for the timely, cost-effective, and qualitative management of the project. You clarify, optimize the construction regarding materials,
negotiate with subcontractors in collaboration with third parties, with the support of purchasing, and have ongoing control of contractual services and create additional offers. You conduct the construction acceptance and prepare the final billing.
We envision that you have completed training as a metal construction designer EFZ or metal worker EFZ with additional training as a draftsman. An ideal prerequisite is if you bring further education or already have experience as a project manager (construction,
metal, steel, plant construction).
You possess organizational talent, flexibility, teamwork skills, high resilience, and negotiation skills.
You enjoy implementing ideas and think and act entrepreneurially.
