- Operational and strategic support to the Restaurant Manager for the entire F&B department.
- Management of budget, purchasing, invoicing, and monitoring of stocks and equipment.
- Organization and supervision of all event services (cocktails, buffets, seminars...).
- Coordination of teams and event logistics, respecting hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop innovative F&B offers, while training and motivating teams.
- Experience in catering or banquets, with a diploma in hospitality, management, or event planning.
- Mastery of HACCP standards and planning and management tools.
- Ability to lead and unite teams to achieve excellence.
- Service-oriented, rigorous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You handle unforeseen events, communicate clearly, and master French and English.

At the IMD (International Institute for Management Development) staff restaurant, you join a team of 35 employees. Together, you welcome about 500 guests every day. The restaurant is open every day, Monday to Sunday, and you will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
