In this role, you carry the operational responsibility in the daily restaurant routine. You already have experience leading a team and lead your crew with great enthusiasm, because teamwork is crucial to success for you. Even in hectic times, you keep a cool head and support your employees by pitching in everywhere in the restaurant. Area of Responsibility

Your tasks as an Assistant Trainee include:
• leading a work shift in the restaurant;
• supporting the crew in the kitchen or at the cash register;
• creating work schedules and monthly closings;
• managing orders related to our products; and
• introducing and training new employees.
