Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the watch workshop in Lengnau
- Leadership and further development of the team and promotion of a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction
- Implementing service standards and maintaining high quality standards
- Ensuring smooth spare parts supply for our international service partners
- Responsibility for controlling and monitoring service capacities
- Maintaining contact with international service centers and coordinating global service standards
- Analyzing and evaluating customer feedback to drive service improvements
Your skills
- In-depth expertise in the watch service sector, ideally in the luxury watch industry
- Experience in international supply and support of service partners
- Several years of professional experience in staff management (leading interdisciplinary teams: technology, logistics, customer care, etc.)
- Ability to motivate a team, develop it further, and successfully implement changes
- Flexibility, high initiative, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Teamwork skills with strong customer orientation
- Fluent German and French skills (spoken and written), English skills advantageous for international cooperation
