Supplier Quality Auditor
APCO Technologies specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality mechanical and electromechanical equipment for space, energy, and industrial applications.

What you develop:
Develop and manage rigorous supplier qualification processes to maintain and develop an efficient and suitable panel of suppliers.
Conduct audits/surveillance of supplier compliance - technical aspects, QMS, health and environmental safety, regulations.
Continuously improve the quality assurance of assigned suppliers.
Develop partnerships and collaboration with the Purchasing department to manage and implement the appropriate procurement strategy.
Ensure the interface with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to promote quality improvements and minimize quality-related costs concerning OTD.
Manage and organize a supplier audit plan in accordance with all stakeholders.
Conduct external audits at our subcontractors in Switzerland and abroad (regular travel 80%).
Work closely with the supplier inspection team responsible for monitoring manufacturing.
Work with the supplier on root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions in collaboration with suppliers to resolve any deficiencies identified by audits or any product non-conformity inspections.
Hold regular quality meetings on supplier evaluation sheets.
What you bring:
Holder of a technical training diploma in the mechanical or electromechanical field.
You have at least 5 years of experience in supplier management and procurement.
You have experience in quality control and processes.
You have experience as an ISO 9001 auditor.
You have skills in analysis and problem solving.
You master the interpretation of technical drawings/specifications and the evaluation of manufacturing processes.
You are fluent in French and English.
You possess strong skills/comfort in written and oral communication.
You are willing and able to travel.
