Your tasks
In this versatile position, you design customer-specific cleaning and sterilization systems for international customers in the life science environment. In close cooperation with internal specialist departments along the entire value chain, you develop technical solutions and convert them into competitive offers.
During the offer phase, you are responsible for drafting and describing the scope of delivery as well as the commercial and contractual risk assessment. For strategically important, internationally active customers, you present the technical concept and the offer together with the field service and, if necessary, accompany contract negotiations.
Your main tasks
- Design and creation of customer-specific offers
- Analysis and evaluation of tender documents
- Development of technical solution concepts and offer strategies in cooperation with the specialist departments
- Risk analysis and coordination with supervisors or group management
- Handover of the order to the project team including participation in internal or customer kick-off meetings
- Exchange with product management on market trends, frequent customer inquiries, and new options for the price list
- Consultation and support of the field service, partly also on site
Your profile
- Technical or combined business-technical education
(e.g., university degree in a technical or scientific field)
- Basic understanding of plant engineering and process engineering
- Professional experience in plant engineering and/or process engineering, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotechnological environment
- Basic knowledge of project management
- Experience in preparing technically complex offers is an advantage
- Very good communication skills and pronounced interdisciplinary thinking ability
- Technical understanding in mechanics, process and procedure engineering, automation, as well as interest in economic and legal issues
- Willingness to travel and intercultural competence
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage (French desirable)
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP, Salesforce is an advantage
