The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in the canton of Aargau. We offer our residents of all ages specialized care, support, and gastronomic services in various areas of expertise with high quality and a clear stance. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized and further developed through new construction and renovations. With our new, staffed restaurant, we create a lively meeting place for residents, relatives, employees, and external guests.
For our location in Baden, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality with a passion for guest service starting July 1, 2026, or by arrangement as
Service Specialist (m/f/d)
Team Restaurant / Service / Catering
Workload 60 – 80 %

- Your friendly and courteous service to our guests is appreciated
- You take responsibility for a smooth service process
- Your recommendations for food and drinks are well received by our guests
- You independently and reliably manage our internal and external events
- You prepare our culinary offerings according to our guidelines
- You create the mise en place and assist with general cleaning tasks in the service area
- You ensure the correct preparation and equipment of our seminar rooms
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification in the service sector
- You already have professional experience in a comparable role
- You work proactively and independently with a strong service orientation
- You can communicate very well in German
- You are committed, a team player, flexible, and resilient
- You have good IT user skills (MS Office)
- You also enjoy working on weekends
