Head of Pension Operations
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership as well as further development of the Pension Operations team
- Professional responsibility for the administration of private pensions (pillar 3a and vested benefits foundation)
- Ensuring smooth daily operations while complying with quality, efficiency, and regulatory requirements (BVG, BVV, etc.)
- Monitoring legal developments in the area of pillar 3a and vested benefits as well as deriving, planning, and implementing necessary measures
- Further development and optimization of processes in terms of operational excellence
- Leading and participating in projects in the pension environment as well as actively shaping system and process improvements
- Professional interface to the foundations including responsibility for application management, coordination of inquiries, and ensuring proper service delivery and transparent cost reporting
- Organization and coordination of professional deputies as well as promotion of know-how transfer within the team
- Professional support of internal stakeholders and close cooperation with adjacent areas
- Organization and support of the annual foundation audits as well as representation of the bank and the pension foundation in the Pension Switzerland association
Our requirements
- Several years of professional experience and further training in the pension sector and very good knowledge of the relevant regulatory frameworks (BVG, BVV, etc.)
- Leadership experience or clear potential for a management position
- Strong process understanding as well as interest in optimization and further development
- Structured, independent, and quality-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
