In this versatile and exciting role, you - together with your team - are responsible for the smooth service delivery as well as professional customer care in our diverse properties in the St. Gallen region and in the canton of Thurgau.
For this customer-oriented activity, we are looking for an experienced leader with a strong service orientation, proactive working style, and focus on the essentials.
Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for the contractually agreed building management (Cleaning) for a portfolio of various properties
- Cost and budget responsibility
- Personnel and professional leadership of 1 direct (indirectly nearly 80) subordinate employees, including deployment and vacation planning as well as recruitment
- Ensuring process-oriented quality controls
- Implementation and enforcement of requirements in the area of health protection and occupational safety
- Execution of customer and mandate orders
- Preparation of offers and invoices
- Acquisition of new contracts in basic and special cleaning
Your profile:
- Completed basic training EFZ in the field of building cleaning
- Further training in the commercial field as well as business management knowledge
- Professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
- High independence and systematic work planning
- Pronounced flexibility, also for occasional evening work
- Driver's license category B and impeccable reputation
