WHAT YOU DO
As a store manager, you bear overall responsibility for the store and lead your team with the goal of creating an inspiring, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. You ensure an excellent operational and visual customer experience and actively promote collaboration as well as entrepreneurial thinking at all levels.
You:
- are responsible for the entire customer experience in the store, ensure a strong visual and commercial presentation, implement service tools to strengthen customer loyalty.
- analyze sales and budget targets, derive targeted optimizations, and implement them with your team – while ensuring cost-efficient store maintenance and sensible use of all resources.
- plan tasks and staff deployment efficiently, ensure the smooth running of all operational processes – from the sales floor to storage areas, as well as cash register and fitting room routines, and daily store opening and closing.
- develop your team strategically through recruiting, onboarding, regular feedback discussions, individual development, and succession planning – strengthening motivation, cohesion, and performance culture.
- follow current fashion trends and relevant influencers with a confident sense of style and ensure that your team uses this knowledge effectively in customer contact.
