The Ilgenhalde location is one of our three institutions. It offers school, housing, and therapy for children and adolescents from 4 to 20 years old in Fehraltorf. From June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement as
Social Pedagogue as Housing Specialist 80%
These are your tasks:
- Supplementing the team of WG E with a total of 6 children and adolescents
- Support in an individual setting, if necessary 1:1
- Creating an active living environment for the children and adolescents together with the team
- Empathetic support of children and adolescents with sensory impairments on the autism spectrum
- Close coordination with the team for a common educational approach and for jointly managing everyday challenges
What you bring with you:
- Degree as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH
- Professional experience in supporting people on the autism spectrum
Reliability, high resilience, and balanced personality
- Observational skills and joy in supporting children and adolescents
