University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, Institute for Human Resource Management and Organization
Your tasks:
Your work includes many exciting activities in a dynamic environment:
- You collaborate in application-oriented research projects in the fields of Human Resources Management and Organization with a special focus on digitalization and sustainability
- You transfer research results into practice and prepare scientific publications
- You support the acquisition of third-party funding and partners
- You assist with further project work in continuing education/teaching, as well as at the institute level (such as student support, teaching assistance, and communication)
The position is initially limited to 3 years.
Your profile:
You are a customer-oriented and reliable personality with entrepreneurial thinking and also bring the following:
- Master's degree (Uni/ETH/FH) in Management or Social Sciences, Business Administration, or Work and Organizational Psychology
- In-depth knowledge in one of the above-mentioned fields, documented by the academic thesis or first publications
- Very good knowledge of social research methods
- Experience in collaboration with practical partners is desirable
- Fluent English in spoken and written form
