Your main tasks:

• Operating technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.) 
• Planning and performing maintenance and inspection work 
• Creating, maintaining, updating object and system documentation 
• Documenting defects including defect repairs 
• Planning and carrying out repairs 
• Processing tickets while adhering to specified intervention and reaction times 
• Conducting fault analyses 
• Obtaining and preparing quotes from third-party suppliers 
• Commissioning, coordinating, and supervising internal service providers as well as third-party companies 
• Participating in conversion/renovation projects 
• Reporting additional services 
• Area and waste management 
• Performing general janitorial services 
• Ensuring and monitoring maintenance cleaning in the individual buildings 
• Setting up meeting rooms and event support 

Your profile:

• Completed basic training in building technology (HVACSE) or facility maintenance
• Further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate or as a janitor with a federal certificate
• Experience in repair work on technical systems, devices, and buildings
• Further training in electrical or NIV 15 is an advantage
• Safety officer fire protection (course "Safety Officer Fire Protection VKF" (3 days)) is an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Very good German and MS Office skills
• Driver's license category B (BE is an advantage)
• Impeccable reputation

• Willingness to be on call and perform winter service
