Product Owner & Project Support
Position Overview
Passionate about driving innovation, improving service delivery, and collaborating across global teams
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to support strategic initiatives and product development within Global Business Services organization.
The role supports the execution of strategic initiatives within GBS, working together with Product Owners.
Focus areas include development of the MyJTI portal (from prototyping to go-live support), and the transition of the MyRequest platform to MyJTI.
The position is key in ensuring service quality, compliance with J-SOX, and building strong partnerships across functions while continuously improving product, service management, and communication.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of strategic initiatives such as MyJTI portal upgrade and MyRequest to MyJTI transition.
- Drive requirements definition and support product/tool development and maintenance
- Ensure service management foundations and documentation standards are applied
- Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and process standardization across GBS
- Proactively search for resolutions and engage relevant support where required
- Ensure technical specifications following compliance guidance and procedures
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in a GBS organization
- Strong knowledge of GBS environment, platforms (MyRequest / MyJTI), and tools
- Experience in tool/project development, maintenance, and process improvement
- Skills in process analysis, workflow design, and tool management
- Stakeholder management and customer experience knowledge
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
