Facility Services Manager in Healthcare

As the first point of contact for the customer, you are responsible for the flawless implementation of our housekeeping services on site. You lead your team to success with your knowledge and experience and inspire our customers with smooth and professional services.

Your main tasks:
- You are the single point of contact for customers in healthcare and ensure appropriate customer care
- You implement the contractual services, mainly cleaning services, as well as individual solutions for customer-specific concerns
- You lead, supervise, and develop a team with two facility managers and around 50 cleaning staff
- You are responsible for the operational and financial management of your hospital mandates with cost, personnel, and budget responsibility
- You are responsible for quality management as well as internal and external reporting
- You lead and accompany customer-specific innovation projects
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the field of hospitality, housekeeping, or facility management, HFP or HF advantageous
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in hospital or long-term care
- Experience in cleaning
- Business management knowledge
- High customer orientation, pragmatic and solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills, independent and resilient
- Strong social skills and an empathetic leadership style
- Good knowledge in the use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good German skills
