Real Estate Valuation Expert
Office for Real Estate Valuations | 80-100% | Davos
The Office for Real Estate Valuations (AIB) is organized in a decentralized manner across six locations. Within the framework of revision valuations and valuations on request, we carry out official valuations of built properties. Thanks to our diverse activities, we maintain daily exchanges with various stakeholders such as owners, offices, and the Graubünden Building Insurance. In carrying out our activities, we communicate in all three cantonal languages.
For July 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a motivated real estate valuation expert.
- Independent inspections and valuations of properties in the residential sector, condominium ownership, as well as in the commercial sector within the framework of revision and requested valuations
- Recording and analysis of property transfers
- Preparation of statements in case of objections
- Consultation on internal and external valuation issues
- Basic training with a federal certificate of competence (AFC) and ideally further training and professional development in the construction or real estate sector
- Preferably several years of specific professional experience
- Willingness to pursue professional development as a real estate valuation expert
- Familiarity with the use of modern IT tools
- Analytical skills, structured and independent working style
- Ability to work in a team, willingness, and flexibility;
