Your field of activity
You assume technical and managerial responsibility for two operational units with a total of eight employees (4 in Mailroom, 4 in Logistics) and ensure smooth and service-oriented operations.
• Ensure agreed services, including compliance with SLAs, for Mailroom and Logistics activities
• Primary contact person for the client for all operational and organizational matters
• Support the Department Manager with reporting, process analysis, and internal and external audits
• Identify improvement potentials and formulate concrete optimization proposals
• Maintain up-to-date operational documentation and rigorously apply quality and safety processes
• Organize and conduct training for Service Operators on operational and quality topics
• Ensure scheduling, replacement organization, and absence management
• Ensure maintenance and availability of equipment, machines, and infrastructure used daily
• Actively contribute to team development, lead meetings, and maintain clear and structured communication
• Support employees in their professional development and conduct individual interviews
• Implement any disciplinary measures in accordance with HR processes
Your profile
• Proven experience in logistics, necessarily related to chemicals or hazardous substances, as well as initial experience in a postal / Mailroom environment
• Experience in team management
• Structured, reliable, and autonomous working method
• High sense of responsibility, strong customer orientation, and neat presentation
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to remain calm in demanding situations
• Proficiency in MS Office and ease with various specific tools and systems
• Very good knowledge of French; German or English is an asset
• Clean criminal record and debt enforcement office extract
• Category B driving license
