Tasks
- Beurkundung von Zivilstandsereignissen und Gerichtsurteilen.
- Erstellen von Registerauszügen für die Bevölkerung.
- Durchführung von Trauungen und Ehevorbereitungsverfahren.
Skills
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre, idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich.
- Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen in verschiedenen Lebensphasen.

About the job
The Albula region, as a mid-level administrative unit of the canton of Graubünden, forms a central interface between the canton and municipalities. Together with the civil registry office, professional guardianship, debt enforcement and bankruptcy office, as well as regional development, it provides a wide range of services for the population – professional, citizen-oriented, and responsible.Our region stands for lived bilingualism, intact nature, and the UNESCO World Heritage Landwasser Viaduct. Here we work close to the people and take on responsible tasks with regional significance.
Due to retirement, we are looking for a committed personality for our two-person team in Tiefencastel starting October 2026, but no later than January 1, 2027.
Your tasks:
Certification of civil status events (e.g., marriages, acknowledgments, deaths, name declarations) as well as court and administrative decisions
Preparation of register extracts
Conducting marriage preparation procedures and weddings
Information and advice on civil registry matters
Your profile:
Completed vocational training, ideally in a commercial field
Federal specialist certificate for civil status officers or willingness to obtain it
Independent, precise, and responsible way of working
Knowledge of Italian and/or English is an advantage
Willingness for internal and external further training
Enjoyment in dealing with people in different phases of life
Driving license category B
