Within our litigation department, we are looking for a Litigation Manager between 80 and 100% for our headquarters in Lausanne.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Ensure the complete management of files from the moment they are pursued, whether they concern premiums, deductibles, or recourse related to claims, ensuring compliance and rigorous monitoring of each step
- Establish and maintain various contacts (written and telephone) with Vaudoise agencies, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices, courts, as well as clients, in a spirit of constructive and professional collaboration
- Analyze financial situations and, if necessary, grant and negotiate adapted payment deadlines
- Monitor and process collections in direct connection with recovery, to ensure effective management of financial flows
- Support and assist Vaudoise agencies in all litigation-related issues, providing advice, expertise, and concrete solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring and recovery processes, proposing optimizations that promote speed and quality of service
Your profile:
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC
- Excellent written and oral command of German/Swiss German and French
- Good knowledge of the Federal Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act including significant experience in this field in Switzerland
- Proficient in common IT tools (MS Office), especially Excel
You demonstrate autonomy and efficiency, with a real ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Rigorous and structured, you approach your tasks with organization and professional awareness.
