Job Description
What to expect
- You represent the ATP brand appearance and actively contribute to positioning in the market.
- You conduct research and evaluations of existing market potentials and identify new opportunities.
- You analyze existing markets and develop measures to strengthen our market position.
- You build and maintain relationships with key clients and regular clients. You also actively participate in acquiring new customers.
- You support the preparation of fee proposals as well as documents for project applications and prequalifications.
- You monitor relevant tender portals and award procedures.
Qualifications
What you bring
- You have marketing experience – ideally in the fields of architecture, engineering services, or real estate.
- Your project understanding includes knowledge in managing overall planning projects as well as the requirements of the entire lifecycle of a property from the perspective of planners and clients.
- You are familiar with fee schedules (e.g., SIA) as well as contract management and awarding of contracts.
- You have a convincing personal appearance and communicate clearly and reliably both internally and externally.
- You approach different target groups openly and professionally.
- Fluent English is an advantage.
- You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, act proactively, think economically, and take responsibility for your decisions.
