- Telephone and written customer service in the financial services sector in German, Italian, and English
- Support of B2B, B2C, and dealer customers
- Processing of lease returns / contract terminations, residual value and book value inquiries as well as open invoices and contract changes
- Commercial basic training
- Experience in customer service in the financial / leasing sector would be an advantage
- German, Italian, and English at C1/C2 level is mandatory, French is an advantage
- Work location at our site in Basel or home office
- Independence, resilience, quick comprehension
