We are looking for our Fribourg office, an Administrative Assistant 80% -100%, workplace in Bulle
Administrative Assistant 80% -100%
Your profile:
- Holder of a commercial employee CFC or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a CVSE design office, a plus
- Good command of Word, Excel, Office suite in general
- Knowledge of SAP, an asset
Your role:
- Preparation of tender documents
- Creation/compilation of bids (various technical) and comparative price tables
- Various writing activities (minutes, routine letters, emails, etc.)
- Overall management of the secretariat
- Writing routine correspondence to companies and clients
- Follow-up and management of office supply orders and control of supplier invoices
- Telephone switchboard, client reception
- Document layout on PowerPoint, layout from image files, etc.
- Invoicing
- HR follow-up: welcoming new employees, vacations, etc.
