To complete its team within the Operations Directorate (DO), the Fribourg hospital is looking for a

BI Integrator

80 - 100 %

Your mission:

• maintain the current decision-making system and participate in its modernization
• develop new batch and real-time data flows
• develop new analytical and operational reports
• assist users by phone or email according to their support requests
• participate in the development and compliance with good development practices
• ensure high service quality by implementing testing procedures
• document developments and elements of the decision-making system

Your profile:

• engineering or Master’s degree in computer science
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at minimum
• successful first experience in setting up a Data Warehouse as part of a team
• excellent command of SQL language and database engine (preferably Microsoft SQL Server), and ability to optimize complex queries
• good skills in SSAS Tabular Models; DAX is an important asset
• good knowledge of a reporting tool (preferably Power BI)
• native French speaker with good knowledge of German or English
• good communication and collaboration skills
• dynamic personality with excellent listening skills

Tasks

• You manage the Business Intelligence system and contribute to its modernization.
• You develop new data flows (batch and real-time).
• You develop new analytical and operational reports.
• You support users by phone or email for support requests.
• You participate in the development and adherence to Good Development Practices.
• You ensure high service quality by setting up testing procedures.
• You document developments and elements of the Business Intelligence system.

Profile

• IT engineer or Master in computer science
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Successful professional experience in setting up a Data Warehouse in a team
• Excellent command of SQL programming language and database module (preferably Microsoft SQL Server), ability to optimize complex queries
• Good knowledge in SSAS tabular modeling, DAX is an advantage
• Good knowledge of a reporting tool (preferably Power BI)
• French with good German or English skills
• Communication skills and team spirit
• Dynamic personality, strong listening skills
