Online Channel Manager, Focus on Website/Online Shops

Your Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the Pistor website as well as the online shops
- Operational planning, maintenance, coordination, and optimization of channel content (website/shops), among others on behalf of campaign and content management
- Operational further development of the assigned channels and channel content, each aligned with the overarching marketing and communication strategy
- Support in the strategic and conceptual channel development, in coordination with the corporate and marketing strategy
- Strategic development, coordination, and implementation of our SEO measures
- Co-responsibility and support in company-wide content management
- Co-responsibility for customer-centered digital process optimizations focusing on the channels website, e-commerce/shops
- Joint further development of the Pistor e-commerce strategy (integration of website, shops, and customer portal)
- Optimization of conversion processes along the digital customer journey
- Interface function to involved departments and external partners
- Success measurement of online channels, including reporting
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training and appropriate further education in marketing/online marketing
- Experience in online marketing with a focus on website/shops
- Very good knowledge in customer experience and digital customer journeys
- Passion for customer-centered digital solutions and communication
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style as well as pronounced communication skills
- Analytical, networked thinking and high digital competence
- Good written and spoken German and English skills, French is an advantage
