To strengthen our quality department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed personality as Team Leader Quality Assurance Operation 100% (m/f/d) in day-to-day operations

Your Tasks

In your role as Team Leader Quality Assurance Operation, you actively shape the further development of our operational quality management and effectively contribute your own ideas
You take over the professional and organizational leadership of the QA team and ensure strong collaboration in our 3-/4-shift operation
Together with your team, you ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards in ongoing production – through structured inspection processes, clear approvals, and lived quality specifications
As part of error management, you are a central contact person for internal and external stakeholders, including customers.
You analyze issues, develop pragmatic measures, and professionally document sustainable solutions
You initiate and lead quality and improvement projects, moderate quality circles, and actively work on solutions for error prevention and process optimization
You participate in internal audits, training, as well as in the implementation and further development of standards in the production environment, thereby sustainably strengthening our quality culture

Your Profile

Completed technical vocational training, ideally with further education or initial specialization in the quality environment
Experience in leading employees or a strong affinity for leadership in operational production and shift operations
Initial practical professional experience in an industrial production environment; experience in the food or life sciences industry is an advantage
Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as enjoyment of pragmatic implementation in daily operational production
Very high quality awareness, structured and reliable working style, and confidence in the use and maintenance of documentation in IT systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
Very good written expression in German and English for internal documentation as well as communication with internal and external partners
Solution-oriented, communicative personality with the ability to initiate changes, engage teams, and sustainably anchor continuous improvements
