As a customer advisor at the Road Traffic Office, you are the first point of contact for our customers – personally at the counter, by phone, or in the back office. You process applications related to vehicle and driver registrations and provide competent information on these topics.
What you bring
- A completed education in retail with business school is an advantage or a commercial education
- Enjoyment of customer contact, both at the counter and on the phone
- Independent, committed, and resilient personality with high social competence
- Quick comprehension and motivation to thoroughly familiarize yourself with an exciting specialist area
- Solid PC skills and interest in modern work tools
