To strengthen our team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement an IT System Specialist with Focus on Citrix (m/f/d)

• Support of our infrastructure in the areas: Citrix (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix Cloud)
• Ensuring the stability of Citrix infrastructures and the necessary surrounding systems
• Monitoring the Citrix environment
• 2nd level troubleshooting in the Citrix and Microsoft environment
• Performing maintenance work as well as coordinating and implementing changes
• Participation in change, problem, and incident management
• Participation in ICT customer projects
• Creation and updating of documentation and user manuals

• Completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Good Citrix knowledge. At least 3-4 years of experience.
• Experience in M365/Azure and Microsoft virtualization products is a plus.
• Communicative, team-oriented, and implementation-strong
• Curious, motivated, and flexible, with a preference for dynamic growth areas
• Very good German skills (spoken and written), French skills are an advantage
• Willingness for occasional on-call duty and assignments outside regular working hours
