Your mission
- collaborate with the management secretariat and ensure the continuity of administrative activities on the front line during its absences
- provide support for administrative activities contributing to the smooth running of the department
- participate in routine administrative follow-up, in collaboration with the team
- carry out administrative tasks related to the management secretariat
Your profile
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training
- ease with common computer tools
- knowledge of the medical field: an asset
- very good command of French (spoken and written); other languages: a plus
- sense of organization, flexibility, reliability and team spirit
