Junior IT Application Manager 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

for our location in Meilen

Your main tasks include

In your role, you ensure daily that our IT applications function flawlessly. You are responsible for:

Support and further development of specialist applications
Recording and implementation of requirements from the specialist departments
Change and release management of the supported applications
Coordination between business and software suppliers
2nd level support of the supported specialist applications
Implementation and support of automated workflows for process automation based on Power Automate
Participation in projects
Assignments in IT support, approx. 1 day per week or during absences / early support from 6:15 a.m. once a week

We expect from you

Education or training in computer science / business informatics or equivalent education/professional experience
Good analytical skills, interconnected thinking, quick comprehension as well as good communication skills
Experience in change and release management and support of custom software
Interest in business processes as well as their contexts and workflows
First experience in Power Automation desired
Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
