The Rotacher Care Center is an important partner in healthcare for the sponsoring municipalities of Dietlikon, Wallisellen, and Wangen-Brüttisellen. 108 people are competently and professionally cared for by 160 employees in single and double rooms in long-term, transitional, and short-term care as well as in dementia and psychiatric care.

We offer a training position as Nursing Student HF / Nursing Student HF each March and September.

• Planning and appropriate implementation of individual nursing, care, and treatment interventions. Ensuring the nursing process and corresponding evaluation of measures. Recognizing changes and emergency situations and taking appropriate measures
• Ensuring daily activities for residents based on individual planning
• Responsible within the role for timely information flow and coordination of interprofessional workflows related to the nursing process
• Co-responsible for smooth workflow and appropriate execution of organizational and administrative tasks
• Participation in the introduction and support of new employees, appreciative attitude towards all employees and in general
• Contributing to and supporting the evaluation and adjustment of nursing and care standards based on new findings regarding quality and safety requirements in nursing
• Assuming the role of shift responsibility and corresponding organization and professional responsibility for the nursing and care team of the department according to duty planning

• High professional, social, and personal competence
• Training or further education as a health specialist, SRK recognition mandatory for foreign professional qualifications
• You see yourself as part of a multiprofessional team and share responsibility for collaboration
• Computer skills (Word, Lobos, etc.)
• Completed admission procedure at ZAG – Center for Training in Healthcare
• Training duration: 3 years (shortened HF studies of 2 years possible with completed apprenticeship as health specialist)
