2 Requirements Profile
Training in social or curative education
Several years of experience with people with severe/multiple intellectual disabilities or autism
Leadership experience
3 Purpose of the Position
Organize and optimize service processes in terms of customer satisfaction
Provide demand-oriented services and innovative further development of existing offers
4 Responsibility
Responsible together with the other members of the executive management for the operational management of the company
Responsible for the development, planning, and assurance of customer-oriented services in the areas of living/leisure/work
Responsible for controlling all processes in the intellectual disability service area to ensure customer satisfaction and that all services comply with the overall strategy, vision, mission, guiding principles, and legal requirements
5 Decision-Making Authority
Decision-making authority within own specialist area
Decision-making authority within the area budget
6 Tasks
Trustful collaboration with the other members of the executive management and the Board of Trustees to successfully manage and further develop the company with them
Development, planning, control, and monitoring of all processes in the areas of living, leisure, and work
Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts and cooperation partners
Analyzing problematic situations and events and developing solutions to ensure the safety of customers
Staying up to date with professional, social, and legal developments
Development, planning, control, and monitoring of sub-areas of management processes within the executive management
