WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

  • Hands-on consulting: You develop consulting approaches in the area of digitization of business models, products, processes, and organizational structures for our customers in the energy sector and implement them in the team or interdisciplinarily. 
  • Capture, evaluate, prioritize, document as well as rethink technical requirements in complex environments at the interface between customer business units and IT.
  • Consult in project planning in the context of implementing digital strategies and accompany project implementation in customer-facing roles.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for executives and employees
  • Market development: Develop adesso together with your colleagues into a leading provider of technical and IT-related consulting services in the energy sector. 
  • Expand the portfolio: You take care of innovations and research projects and bring them to market maturity.
  • Presales support: To promote our sales and business development, you support acquisition and presales activities. At the customer, you actively work on building a network and are able to generate leads.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

  • Solid education: For example, a degree in business informatics or economics, ideally with a focus on the energy industry
  • Professional experience: With at least five years of professional experience in the energy industry or in energy-related consulting, you know the industry well and are ready for new challenges. 
    Industry knowledge: You know the energy industry and its market roles and have successfully managed technical projects or small teams. 
  • Leadership: You are well versed in classical and agile project management, enjoy working with people, and are willing to further develop the team. In addition, you think and act entrepreneurially. 
  • Certificates: You have already collected some training certificates (e.g., Scrum, project management, IREB) in your development and are still enthusiastic about active and continuous personal development. You have successfully completed or are ready to complete certification as a Certified Project Manager (IPMA® Level C), PMP, or Hermes Advanced.
  • Language skills: Very good German and good English skills. French skills are an advantage.
